Over the last 10 days we have had the creeks are running and seen numerous birds returning, including: Canadian Geese, Mallard and Pintail ducks, Sea gulls, Bluebirds, Northern Shovelers, Sharp tailed Grouse, Crows, and Meadowlarks. There are lots of different raptors in the sky and the Great Horned Owls are nesting.

On March 17 Snake Creek (on the map as Denniel Creek) was as high as Lynn has ever seen it. On March 22 the Frenchman River was higher again with more water coming downstream. Today March 25 the water is receding.
